Stuart Baker, has worked in hospitality for over 12 years in places such as The Dorchester Hotel in London, Cliveden Hotel, Wentworth Golf Club & Michelin starred establishments of Le Talbooth and Hambleton Hall Hotel. I have also worked in New Product Development for a similar amount of time including Northern Foods, Greencore and Daniels developing new products for all the major retailers as well as involvement in own brand.
I set up my business in 2009 as Clearly Food Kitchen Ltd and after lots of searching for the right location decided Howard Street was the place to be with its mix of students, local businesses, visitors to the city and not forgetting the local people of Sheffield themselves.
All our food is freshly prepared on the day, from our bread we serve with our soup, in the ciabatta's we serve the roasted pork, and sandwiches and panini's being made to order. Our Warm Salads have also been very popular since thier introduction, and its these things that i find our customers appriciate that they can have something made just for them.
I enjoy the cooking side of the business but i also want to make sure the customer service is correct as well, and that we offer the right ambience for our varied customers, one i know we are doing well and gaining a good following as many of our customers we know by name.
I always look to improve things across the business, making sure we look after our loyal customers as well as try to entice new customers, all helping us to develop and prosper.
